Estimate only. It spreads your revenue by state population and applies each state's 2026 threshold — $100K in most, $500K in California, Texas and New York.

THRESHOLDS CHANGED

Kentucky dropped its 200-transaction test on August 1, 2026. Illinois on January 1. Seventeen states now trigger on revenue alone.

The price is the price.

Everyone else in this category hides pricing behind a demo request. Here it is.

RATE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2026

Four things, on a schedule.

Watch the thresholds

We track your sales by state against current rules and tell you before you cross, not after. Three states changed their thresholds in the last eighteen months.

Register you

Permit application in every state where you have an obligation, plus the power of attorney that lets us deal with that state on your behalf. Most take two to three weeks.

File and remit

Every return, every month, confirmed before the deadline. Tax money moves from your bank account to the state directly — it never passes through us.

Handle the mail

State letters come to us. We read them, resolve them, and tell you in plain English what happened and whether you need to do anything.

Somebody reads the letter.

Search any sales tax provider's reviews and the complaint is identical every time: a notice arrived, nobody handled it, nobody called back.

Your clients keep crossing thresholds. You don't want to file returns.

You already do their books. You already spot the nexus problem. What you don't want is fifteen state filings a month and a stack of notices in a language nobody enjoys reading.

Under your brand

We're invisible. Your client signs with you, gets your invoice, sees your name. We do the work behind it.

Under ours

Refer them over and stay out of it. We handle the sales tax relationship; you keep everything else.

Either way the client stays yours. Nobody gets poached, and that's in the agreement.

What we don't do.

We're a filing and compliance administrator, not a CPA firm. We register you, file your returns, remit your money, and handle your notices.

We don't give tax advice, and we don't make taxability rulings. Judgment calls go to the determination engine or a licensed partner — never to a guess. If a question needs a CPA, we'll say so and hand you to one.

Knowing where that line sits, and saying it out loud, is why the rest of it is reliable.

Questions people actually ask.

Do I actually have to register?

If you crossed a state's threshold, yes. Most states are $100,000 in sales; California, Texas and New York use $500,000. Since South Dakota v. Wayfair in 2018 this hasn't been optional, and penalties run from the date you crossed.

How many states will I owe?

It depends entirely on where your customers are. Sellers in the $1M–$20M range commonly land in ten to twenty. Amazon can create obligations you never chose, because inventory moving between warehouses can create a presence on its own.

Do you handle Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and TikTok?

Yes. Marketplace facilitator rules cover some of it and not all of it, and the split is different in every state. Sorting that out is part of what you're paying for.

Shopify says it files my returns. Why do I need you?

Shopify Tax calculates and can file. It doesn't register you in any state, doesn't track nexus across your other marketplaces, and gives you nothing in an audit. If you sell in one state on Shopify only, you may not need us.

What happens when a state sends me something?

Send it to us, or let it come to us directly. We read it, resolve it with the state, and tell you what it said. Assessments go to a licensed specialist at no extra cost.

Can I leave?

Month to month. Export your filing history any time and we'll hand your registrations off cleanly. Some states require you to stay registered for up to a year after your sales drop off — we'll tell you which ones.

The nexus check is free.

The tool above is a first look. Send an actual export and we'll confirm exactly which states you've triggered, which you're close to, and which you're registered in but don't need.
